The Business School is kicking off recruitment for the Columbia Undergraduate Business Scholars (CUBS) Program. CUBS are paired with Business School faculty for whom they work as paid research assistants ($22.50 an hour). The program teaches the students basic research and data-analytics skills and provides programming to explore careers in academia. The program serves as a doctoral pipeline initiative, with the goal of encouraging students to pursue research and academia as a career path. Now in its third year, the program has 22 outstanding students who have worked on various projects across all disciplines within the Business School.
