Summer internships and training in electronic media in New York City

The International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) Foundation offers summer fellowships to enable up-and-coming electronic media communicators to learn about the realities of the business world through practical experience and workshops. Based in New York City, the nine-week program begins with an in-depth one-week orientation and continues with full-time internships in various New York-based media corporations.

IRTS pays for each fellow’s expenses during the program. College juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students, are eligible to apply.

The ultimate goal of the IRTS Foundation is to encourage and nurture future leaders in electronic media fields, which includes celebrating and promoting diversity in these fields.
