The McCall MacBain Scholarship covers tuition and fees for an eligible master’s or professional program at McGill University, a monthly living stipend, and a comprehensive enrichment program. Up to 20 full scholarships and 60 entrance awards will be granted based on character, community engagement, leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, academic strength, and intellectual curiosity.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the McCall MacBain, you will need to meet ONE of the following criteria:
- You are a current student on track to earn your first bachelor’s degree by August;
- You earned your first bachelor’s degree in the last five years;
- You earned your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and were 30 years or younger on January 1st of this year.
You will also need to meet the minimum degree and language requirements for McGill master’s program admission.
How to apply
Current university students and recent graduates must have their application endorsed by their institution. This online endorsement is initiated by the applicant when they are filling out their online application (available here). If you plan to apply to the McCall MacBain Scholarship, please notify URF as soon as possible.
