I’m interested in teaching English abroad, but I’ve never taught before! How can I create a strong application? Teaching experience is not a requirement for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA)! In other words, whether you have significant or scarce teaching experience, you can be a competitive candidate for this award. Join us to learn more about the Fulbright application process and, specifically, the ETA. In this session, URF will discuss how to put your best professional candidacy forward, and frame your undergraduate experience in ways that speak to your potential as a teacher. Fulbright Week is a series of information sessions for an in-depth look at the program that offers research, teaching, and studying opportunities for a year abroad in one of 140+ countries.
