Provides financial support for young artists to complete their education

The John F. and Anna Lee Stacey Scholarship Fund provides financial support for the education of young men and women who aim to make art their profession. Specifically, scholarships aim to foster high standards in the study of form, color, drawing, painting, design, and technique, as these are expressed in modes showing clear affinity with the classical tradition of Western culture.

Approximately $5,000 is available for distribution annually, which may be awarded to one or more recipients at the discretion of the scholarship committee. Appointments typically are for one year. In general, recipients may use their awards as they wish to further their art education along conservative lines, but the scholarship committee reserves the right to make recommendations.

U.S. citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 are eligible, provided they demonstrate skill in and dedication to classical or conservative traditions in Western art.
